Family ski holiday in Salzburg!
Annaberg-Lungötz is an insider tip for your family-friendly winter holiday at 850 metres altitude. Admittedly, there are certainly more well-known winter sport towns in Salzburg – but finding a prettier ski centre than Annaberg in the Dachstein West area is certainly a bit trickier!
Its own motorway exit (turn-off marked just after Salzburg, no tunnel fee necessary!), means getting here is easy and nearby Salzburg, Mozart city, provides any amount of activities away from the skiing fun.
NEW in Annaberg: permanent time measurement
From now on you can check out your time on the permanent Marcel-Hirscher race route at the Kopfberg four-seater chairlift in Annaberg!
In the Kopfberg (Harreit) too there is the chance to measure your time for free - a closed off downhill ski run with speed measurement and large display in the finish area awaits fast skiers!
SKI TIP FOR CHILDREN: FUXI’S INDIANERLAND
The Indians are conquering the snow! And Annaberg’s little mascot Fuxi shows children from the age of three how to ‘ride’ down the practice piste! After the children’s ski course lunch is served in the tepee and Fuxi tells these tired braves exciting stories about the snow!
