Playground Snowpark in Gosau is located right beside the valley station and its very own park lift makes it possible for boarders and freeskiers to do any amount of runs.

Playground Snowpark has been built by designers in accordance with the latest safety standards, meaning that riders can concentrate on their tricks and technique. From December there will be artificial snow-making facilities in the fun slopes, offering dependable training conditions, and any amount of scope for chilling out - and posing – right throughout the winter.

And for all those who prefer to ski in the backcountry, and to shred through the powder there is the Freesports Arena Krippenstein!

Russbach Snow Park Dachstein West (beneath the Edtalmbahn) has been re-designed by a team of Freestyle experts and equipped with challenging obstacles for that requisite adrenalin kick. The area is shaped and looked after by the Freestyle pros at Q-Park.:

Russbach 
Rookie Park awaits promising, up-and-coming riders! Since everyone has to start small, the fun slope is suitable for beginners, located right at ‘Bärencamp’, next to the valley station for the Rußbacher Hornbahn (Horn baby lift). Here small boxes and kickers await young riders. The obstacles are shaped in such a way that even newcomers who don’t have much experience can try out their first ‘New School’ attempts. There is of course also ‘New School’ training with an instructor.

Ideal conditions for crack skiers can be found in the Trailer Park on Edtalm at the new 6-seater chairlift (E1).

The youngsters freestyle park in Astauwinkel Annaberg provides the rookies amongst you with diverse jumps, rails and hills there are countless options for practising. This is the preferred spot for experienced freestylers too, where they can find the ultimate kick.
