In December 2026, Upper Austria will once again host the international Ski World Cup. For the first time, women’s giant slalom and slalom races will take place at Dachstein West. The venue is Dachstein West in the Salzkammergut.
Set against the backdrop of the Dachstein, Gosaukamm and Tennengebirge mountains, a sporting highlight awaits you in a truly special setting. The world’s best female ski racers will compete on the slopes where families, winter sports fans and leisure skiers usually enjoy their runs.
The Hornspitz in Gosau offers ideal conditions for thrilling World Cup races. On 28 and 29 December 2026, two technical disciplines are on the programme: giant slalom and slalom.
